About 1.6 liter THP engine (supercharged) is available in two versions of 150 and 175 hp. The first one is sold with finishing GT. It offers a torque of 240 Nm at 1,400 rpm, a consumption of 7.0 l/100km and CO2 emissions of 164 g / km. The second engine of 175 hp is sold only with the RC version (the sportiest of the range). This variant offers a torque of 240 Nm at between 1,600 and 4,500 rpm, an average consumption of 7.2 l/100km and CO2 emissions of 171 g / km.
The engines VTi (Variable valve lift and Timing Injection) are direct-injection atmospheric. They present a continuous variable valve timing (VVT) on trees intake and exhaust and a lifting system variable intake valves.
The engines THP (Turbo High Pressure) have a direct injection system associated with a type Twin Scroll turbocharger and an intake VVT.
Diesel Engines
The range comprises three engines 70, 90 and 110 HP: The 1.4 liter HDi 70 bhp delivers a maximum torque of 160 Nm at 2,000 rpm, a consumption of 4.4 l/100km and CO2 emissions of 115 g / km . All of Peugeot 207 Diesel engines have a turbocharger and direct injection high pressure common rail. All engine blocks are made of aluminum.
The frame is unchanged or design, or its settings (at least not Peugeot has not provided any official information about it. The front axle is pseudo McPherson type and comprises a rear torsion beam. The address is being electric.
The range of tires has been adapted to the different versions of 15 inch (185/65R15) and 16-inch (195/55R16). Sport GT versions and RC is supplied as standard 17-inch tires (205/45R17).
