Subaru has officially launched the new generation of its SUV, the Forester. It has a completely new design that had its debut at the Detroit Motor Show in January 2008.The third generation of Subaru Forester, was developed under his predecessor's reputation in safety, versatility and design. Looks stronger and all-terrain and offers significant improvements in safety technology, comfort, refinement and dynamic performance.
Like all Subaru models, the new Forester equips the Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive. The new platform with a wheelbase 9.14 cm. longer (2.61 m) and a double-wishbone rear suspension improves the rear shock features and improves driving the car, the sound insulation and interior space and cargo.
Although it seems bigger inside and out, the new Forester is only 7.6 cm. longer than its predecessor and has a minimum ground clearance of 226 mm. (205 Mm. Above).
