Toyota Hilux

The Toyota Hilux 2009 Range offers a number of improvements affecting the bodywork, interior and equipment.

The New Toyota Hilux offers changes in its design to the front afectal optical, bumper and grille. The optics have some intermittent glass. The bumper has a larger opening and wide. The chrome grille elements incorpra honeycomb.

The VX has now finished in tinted rear windows and rear window and a new headlamp cleaning system integrated into the bumper. VXL superior finish added to some refurbished equipment alloy wheels 17''.

Three bodies and two motors
The new range comes in three body types (Single Cab, Extra Cab and Double Cab) and two engines (2.5 D-4D with 120 hp and 3.0 D-4D 171 hp) that increase the supply to customers.

With the 2009 Range Toyota Hilux three new colors are available, brown-gray metallic, Blue Mica Metallic and Dark Gray Metallic to widen the choice of the current palette.

The Toyota Hilux has two diesel engines of 2.5 and 3.0 liter that develops an output of 120 hp and 171 hp respectively. The Motor 2.5 mounts a manual gearbox and the 3.0 engine is available with manual transmission and a gearbox renewed five-speed automatic.

New automatic
The new five-speed automatic transmission with artificial intelligence system (AI-Artificial Intelligence), adjusting the gearshift pattern based on driving characteristics, the behavior of the driver or road conditions. The AI Shift Control system calculates the slope of the ascending and descending slopes, predicts and supports the driver's intentions to improve the performance, benefits and consumption levels.

The new Toyota Hilux Range also features significant advances in security. The brakes have been redesigned in order to improve their performance and range account number with the limited slip differential (LSD) and automatic disconnection Differential (ADD). The finish VXL reaches a higher level with Stability Control (VSC), Traction Control (TRC) and curtain airbags, front and rear as standard, the latter in all versions with 3.0 D-4D engine.
